Commercial Autonomous Floor Scrubber in Fountain N' Lakes, Missouri

St John Condos rents villas at the Westin St John Resort for friends from Fountain N' Lakes, MO who want a week together on the island. Ask our local team anything before you book and we will help you plan a shared trip.

A week away with friends has its own rhythm. Everyone wants time on the water, a few slow mornings, and some evenings that feel like a reunion. Fountain N' Lakes sits in Missouri, in the middle of the country, so for most of you the trip begins with a flight out of a landlocked state and into warm Caribbean air. That contrast is part of the fun. Many groups from the Midwest find that the change of scenery is the real reason they went. A villa suits a group better than separate hotel rooms. You share a kitchen, a living area, and a table for long dinners. Villas are rented by the week, which fits a planned stay with friends. The Westin St John Resort gives you a base on the island, and you can decide each day whether to stay put or explore. Plan the shared details early so the week feels easy rather than crowded.

Getting from Fountain N' Lakes to St. John

  1. Reach St. Thomas first. Most visitors from Fountain N' Lakes fly into St. Thomas, which uses the airport code STT. Look at flights with your friends in mind, since landing times and seat plans affect how the group arrives. Once you land on St. Thomas, a taxi will take you to Red Hook, where the passenger ferry crosses to Cruz Bay on St. John. Agree on one shared arrival plan so no one is left waiting at the terminal.
  2. Pick your departure window. A week with friends works best when everyone can leave Missouri on the same day. Think about how much time you want on the islands and whether anyone has work or family commitments that set the schedule. Some groups prefer a Saturday start for an easy changeover at the villa. Settle the travel dates as a group before anyone books, so the whole trip is built around one plan.
  3. Plan the shared week. Once you arrive, decide together how the week will feel. Some groups want a busy list of outings, while others prefer lazy days by the pool and a few planned dinners. Remember that driving on St. John is on the left, so whoever takes the wheel should be ready for that. Divide the grocery runs, cooking, and cleanup so the villa stays comfortable for everyone.
