Getting to St. John from Fidelity
- Reaching the islands. Most visitors from Fidelity fly to St. Thomas, which uses the airport code STT. From there a taxi takes you to Red Hook, where you board the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan a little slack in your connections so the day of travel feels calm rather than hurried, and keep your carry-on ready for the ferry.
- Choosing when to go. Missouri winters are cold, so many travelers from Fidelity look toward the islands during the colder months when home feels least restful. Think about the season that suits your idea of a quiet week, whether that means warm sun, a gentle breeze, or the cooler stretches of the year, and let the rental calendar guide your dates.
- Planning your stay. Book a villa for the full week so you are not moving between places. Before you arrive, decide roughly what you want the days to hold, and remember that driving on St. John is on the left, so take a moment to get comfortable. The St John Condos team can answer questions about the villa and the resort before you book.
