Commercial Autonomous Floor Scrubber in Arrow Point, Missouri
St John Condos can help travelers from Arrow Point, Missouri plan a week of snorkeling and beach days on St. John, with villas rented by the week at the Westin St John Resort. Their local team answers questions before you book, so you can ask anything first.
Arrow Point sits in the middle of the country, far from any ocean, so a week of snorkeling and beach days on St. John is a real change of scenery. Most of the days you picture, with clear shallow water and long slow mornings on the sand, feel very different from a Missouri summer or winter. Planning ahead helps you keep the trip simple and enjoyable. A villa rented by the week gives you room to set your own pace. You can head out early with your gear, come back for a midday rest, and return to the water when the afternoon cools. Because the stay is built around the beach and the reef rather than a packed schedule, the week tends to feel unhurried. St John Condos can talk through what that rhythm might look like for your group.

Planning a beach week from Arrow Point
- Getting to St. John. Most travelers from Arrow Point fly into St. Thomas at STT, then take a taxi to Red Hook and catch the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan a little extra room for the transfer, since the taxi and ferry legs take a bit of coordinating. If you rent a car on the island, remember that driving is on the left, which is a good thing to keep in mind before you pull out.
- Choosing when to go. Missouri winters are cold and gray, so many families from Arrow Point look to the islands during those months. St. John stays warm year round, which makes the snorkeling and beach days easy to enjoy whenever you can get away. Think about your school calendar, work schedule, and how much of the year's crowd you want to avoid, then pick the week that fits your household best.
- Planning your stay. A week gives you enough time to settle in and still try a few different beaches and snorkel spots. Pack reef-safe sunscreen, a rash guard, and your own mask if you have a favorite, since comfort in the water makes a big difference. Once you know your dates, reach out to St John Condos so they can help match your group with the right villa and answer your questions before you book.
