Commercial Autonomous Floor Scrubber in Allison, Iowa
St John Condos is a local team that answers questions before you book, and many travelers from Allison, Iowa, plan a week away with friends at our villas on St. John. Ask us anything first.
A week away with friends takes shared planning, and a villa on St. John gives your group room to gather, cook, and spread out after a long stretch of travel. Allison sits in the Midwest, where winters run cold, so many people from here look forward to warm Caribbean days. Our villas are rented by the week, which suits a group that wants one settled home base rather than moving from hotel to hotel. Planning a trip this way also means sorting out details early, from who handles the rental car to how the group splits its daily plans. St John is a small island, so you will want to think about where everyone prefers to spend time. We would rather you ask us those questions now than discover them after arrival. Bring your list, and we will walk through it with you.

Planning your week from Allison
- Reaching the island. Most visitors from Allison fly into St. Thomas, airport code STT, and then take a taxi to Red Hook. From there, the passenger ferry carries you across to Cruz Bay on St. John. Our team can share general guidance on how the island tends to feel across the year.
- Planning the stay. A group week goes more smoothly with a simple plan for shared meals, transportation, and downtime.
