Commercial Autonomous Floor Scrubber in Richmond West, Florida
St John Condos helps couples from Richmond West, Florida plan a quiet island getaway at a villa on St. John, where the stay is rented by the week and the team answers questions before you book.
Florida travelers often find that a couples getaway works best when the trip feels unhurried from the first morning. For many people in Richmond West, the appeal of St. John is its slower pace, its green hillsides, and villas where you can cook breakfast together and spend the afternoon however you like. The island is part of the US Virgin Islands, so it offers a familiar sense of travel without leaving the country behind. A villa stay suits two people who want privacy more than a busy resort lobby. Rentals are arranged by the week, which gives you time to settle in, read on the deck, and explore at an easy speed. Before you commit, our local team can talk through which villa layout fits your plans, so the trip feels like your own rather than a standard package.

Getting from Richmond West to St. John
- Reach St. Thomas first. Most visitors from Richmond West fly into St. Thomas, which uses the airport code STT. From there, a taxi carries you to Red Hook. Plan for the drive to be the first step of an island arrival, and allow yourselves a relaxed morning so the connection does not feel rushed for two people carrying bags and looking forward to the view.
- Choose your departure timing. Florida winters can feel mild, while summers bring heat and afternoon storms, so think about the season that suits you as a couple. Many travelers prefer a window outside the busiest weeks so the island feels calmer. Our team can share what to expect for your dates, helping you pick a time that matches your comfort and your plans.
- Plan the stay together. Once you arrive in Cruz Bay by passenger ferry, you can shape your days around each other. Choose a few activities you both want, leave open time for doing nothing, and remember that driving on St. John happens on the left. Rent a car if you want freedom, or plan rides in advance. Talk with our team about villa details before booking.
