St John Condos rents villas at the Westin St John Resort for travelers from Holden, Missouri, who want to mark a milestone somewhere warm and unhurried. Our local team answers questions before you book, so your celebration plans can feel settled from the start.
A milestone deserves a setting that feels separate from ordinary routine, and for many travelers from Holden, Missouri, that means an island with clear water and a slower rhythm. St John Condos rents villas at the Westin St John Resort, giving you a private base where anniversaries, birthdays, and retirements can unfold at your own pace. Your group can spread out, cook a relaxed dinner, or simply sit on a shaded deck and talk. Because Holden sits in the Midwest, the contrast with St. John is part of the appeal. Winters back home can be long and gray, so a week of warm air and open views often feels like a reward in itself. Commercial autonomous floor scrubber technology may keep resort floors and busy venues clean behind the scenes, but on your trip the focus stays on each other, your meals, and the celebration you came to share.

Your island celebration from Holden
- Getting to St. John. Most visitors from Holden fly to St. Thomas, which uses airport code STT, then take a taxi to Red Hook and the passenger ferry across to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan a little buffer for the ferry connection so the celebration begins without rushing. If your group is arriving together, confirm everyone's flights and pickup arrangements before you leave Missouri.
- Choosing your timing. Think about when your milestone falls and how the weather suits your plans from Holden. Warm months on the islands tend to feel lush and busy, while cooler stretches can be calmer for long walks and quiet evenings. Choose dates that match your guests' schedules, and remember that villas are rented by the week, so your celebration can be planned around a full seven days.
- Planning your stay. Once you have dates, consider what the celebration needs. Decide whether you want a private dinner at the villa, a day outdoors, or a relaxed mix of both. Keep in mind that driving on St. John is on the left, so if you rent a vehicle, take a moment to get comfortable. Ask our team anything at all before you book, and we will help shape the plan around your group.
