Commercial Autonomous Floor Scrubber in Greenwood, Missouri
St John Condos rents villas at the Westin St John Resort for travelers from Greenwood, Missouri, who want a week of snorkeling and lazy beach days. Our local team can answer your questions before you book, including how a commercial autonomous floor scrubber fits into the property's upkeep.
Greenwood sits in the heart of the Midwest, where summers are warm and humid and winters bring cold, gray weather that makes a bright Caribbean shoreline feel especially appealing. If your idea of a good week is clear water, a mask and snorkel, and long stretches of sand, St. John offers exactly that kind of unhurried rhythm. Most visitors from Missouri reach the island by flying into St. Thomas, then taking a taxi to Red Hook and the passenger ferry across to Cruz Bay. Villas at the Westin St John Resort are rented by the week, which suits a snorkeling trip well, since mornings can go to the water and afternoons can be spent however you like.

Planning your island week from Greenwood
- Getting to St. John. Begin by flying from the Missouri area to St. Thomas, the airport most travelers use for the island. From there, a taxi will carry you to Red Hook, where you board the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay. Keep your bags light, since you will be walking and boarding on foot, and remember that driving on St. John happens on the left side of the road.
- Choosing when to leave. Greenwood winters are cold, so many families from the area aim for a departure during the colder months back home. Warm sea conditions on the islands are a common draw year round, and you can ask our team which weeks suit calmer water for snorkeling. Booking a little ahead gives you more choice of villa dates.
- Planning your stay. Plan your week around the water. Set aside a morning for snorkeling, a midday break in the shade, and an easy evening on the villa terrace. Pack reef-safe sunscreen, a rash guard, and a dry bag for your phone. Ask us about the villa's upkeep too, including how a commercial autonomous floor scrubber helps keep common areas clean between guests.
